Doubt it. Tickets are hard to come by, most have been reserved for foreign dignitaries, and I never dug sport much to begin with.

Besides which, I'm tyring to get out of here and get back home. . .

Home being Canada?

Steve mate, I am damned sorry that you are leaving our shores. I dont even know if you made it north of the border into Scotland. I know things here havent been great for you, to be honest theyre not too good of people who were born here. Country going to hell in a handbasket by the look of things. But I will say this, if going home will give you a better life, more happiness and a job you can enjoy.... GO FOR IT!

Have you got a timeframe for the move? I take it it will be sooner rather than later?

That's right, Southern Ontario, land of the trees and the big wide water. . .

Everything's up in the air at the moment Red, but I'm thinking about June. Depending on work and money and all. I've gotten mighty attached to the people and the land, but all my time here, work never fully stabilized and I was never fully able to settle in. And, comming from a large family, there was only so long I could have stayed so far from my kin. . .

I did manage to get to Scotland once though, in October of 2010. I got to spend Hallow's eve on the shores of Loch Ness, which was too cool for words!

That is so very, very cool. Love that!

Not kicked in the head with the process and production of it these days, but I think he believes it's essential for any well-rounded person.

I would love to own a place there, it's just a wonderful part of the world, IMHO. We haven't encountered many of the assholes you reference. Quite the contrary, in fact.

There are warm people and assholes almost everywhere...except possibly Croatia and Canada.
