So long, Brigadier

It saddens me to report that Nicholas Courtney, a.k.a. Brigadier Lethbridge-Stewart, has passed away. His memory lives on thanks to all those wonderful Classic Doctor Who DVDs:

I saw this earlier today.

The end of an era for The Doctor.
- I love to find adventure. All I need is a change of clothes, my Nikon, an open mind and a strong cup of coffee.

Yet another piece of my childhood has up and vanished. When I think of how much time I spent watching his performances. . .

A sad day indeed.
