I am happy to report I am still younger than dirt.

Fuck getting old. My leg press is back up 810 lbs, I did incline presses with 70 lbs per hand today (dumbbells) and straight bar curls at 90 lbs. (Plus about a dozen other things before walk/jogging two miles.) I will do more by Christmas. I feel good.

I keep forgetting where I put the car keys. I could have sworn I put 'em back on the hook today, would have bet my life on it. . .

I was wondering what time it is. And where is my sweater?

Don't forget, running killed Jim Fix.

Actually, no. Running did not kill Jim Fixx. A genetic defect cause his heart to clog up, triggering a massive heart attack. If he'd had his blood lipids checked by a doctor, and proper medication prescribed, he might have avoided the whole thing.
