Putting the Cart Before the Horse

Postby kevinkirby » Mon Dec 29, 2008 2:25 pm

After watching a pre-election appearance of the 2008 R. candidate for president on SNL, the Obama Landslide no longer seems quite so surprising. It seems like he and his Alaskan running mate could have spent a little less time declaring one another "The Masochist" -- or whatever word they kept using -- and perhaps just hid out in Mississippi for most of October and November. I'm not even certain how many of those stalwarts and grand stallions in their own corral, after watching that apparent attempt at self-spoofery, actually decided to stick with their party's candidate in the end.

Horse puckey, I say!

sorry -- don' mean no disprepek

'specially not to those "mackerels" in high office

or was it Malthusians that they kept repeatedly naming themselves?

No matter, although it seems unlikely that their party will be again resorting to an equine analogy at any point in the future.
