Not only did an Israeli television station talk to Noam, they went to Jordan to do it:

Noam was asked about guns and said that the Second Amendment does NOT say that you have a right to own a gun. His reason was because laws should never be taken literally. They change as the times change.

I'm not a law expert, but is this true?

Why have laws if you cannot take them literally?

I will look into it.
