Re: Alan Coil

I got nuttin'.

Just wanted to (temporarily) move myself to the top of the page.

That way the newcomers will know who the guy is that doesn't know what he is talking about.

Re: SCIENCE VS RELIGION

Chiropractic, acupuncture, acupressure, nutritional supplementation are all proven to be successful methods in helping people become healthier. If someone chooses to believe that they do not work, that's fine by me. I'm not going to argue the point. Many medical doctors have taken up the practice of...

Frank, I used to. Such a horrible thing that I had to remove all mirrors. Curiously, since I quit using a mirror to shave, I no longer cut myself while shaving. I just shave by feel as a blind person might.

Re: THE PAVILION ANNEX

Ray Carlson has posted before, but he posts so seldom I don't know how he is bent. Unless somebody just used his identity.

There should be a way, I'd think, to block that other guy who keeps posting inane crap. I say guy, because like serial killers, trolls tend to be mostly white males.

Sorry, but Cage just rubs me the wrong way. Don't know why. As a result, I seldom watch his movies.

Re: SCIENCE VS RELIGION

First some background. British journalist Simon Singh is being sued under Britain's extremely liberal libel laws by the British Chiropractic Association for writing an article critical of chiropractice. Many people including yours truly consider this a blatant attempt at censorship. The lawsuit may...

Re: Anticipation-Worldcon in Montreal

Debbie, Dylag is Steve Dylag, one of the posters here. Frank sometimes think everybody else has mind reading abilities as he does. It just occurred to me that I went through Montreal once a long, long time ago. What architecture I could see from the highway was impressive. But it was so long ago, I ...

Re: Social Iniquity, through the Lens of All-out Conflict

Reservoir Dogs is a good movie, but I love Kill Bill, especially Vol. I. I bought the soundtrack cd, used up all the bits on it and had to buy another copy. I've seen most of the movies he has directed, and quite liked all of them. To be totally honest, I had to buy a second copy of the cd because I...
