It's just that certain European nations have courts than can do all sorts of nifty things regarding war crimes. Germany is one of them.

Ace, does this mean that any documentary that uses that particular technique is "full of crap," as you say? Or does it only apply to documentaries that purport certain points of view? Michael Moore and I are curious. Anyone who does it. Michael Moore is not exempt. He's on my list already.
